The space had an amazing view, and the food was good. We thought it was a bit pricey for what we had, and the actual dinner dragged on for 3 hours.

The desserts were the highlight for us. The mosquitos were hungry too unfortunately.It should not have taken 4 hrs from start to finish. Service was &quot;good&quot;, but needs work if they want to get Michelin star back. It has to be excellent for that (napkin that falls on floor does not go back on lap, silverware changes with each dish, attentive to customer needs so they don&#39;t wait, time between meal deliveries.... the little things).

We reserved on line and then called to make sure they received our reservation and we were treated like kings and queens as we arrived and smartly told outside would be too cold. Our table overlooked the beautiful beach and we were treated to some chef&#39;s starters and pullapart bread. Then we selected wines with our knowledgeable sommelier and ordered and another delicious mousse treat appeared. Then we received 3 different varieties of  breads with our appetizers which were presented and described. We each chose different entrees and that presentation was artistic and portions were just right with sauces poured and meals discussed by the staff. We had incredible attention from many servers who poured water, wine, and changed glasses with new bottles and cleared and helped translate to English. For dessert, everyone said they were too full and so I ordered a decaf cappuccino and out came  3 different small pastries and chocolates for each of us and we found our appetites. Overall it was a very special event and we even got to see the wine cellar. The meal was pricey but we knew it and enjoyed every minute.

The meal was sublime.  Setting perfect, we ate everything, More bread than normal to soak up every bit of juice possible. Chef coming out after the meal and say hello to all the tables, while I didn&#39;t understand his French, he understood our happiness.

Cuisine tr&egrave;s raffin&eacute;e ! Tout &eacute;tait succulent digne s&rsquo;y minimum d un &eacute;toil&eacute;. Et quelle vie magique. Nous reviendrons souvent

The hotel is a very refined kitchen! All was a sucking worthy of a star. And what magical life. We will come back often
